We Seek to be More Like Christ

Daily Worship

Taking time each day to come before God and praise Him will help you open up to His love and will refresh your soul. The following is an order for a daily worship - consider making it a habit to make time each morning to follow this brief worship and turn towards God.
 

 

Morning Praise and Prayer
 

This O Lord, open our lips. And we shall declare your praise. 

     (Psalms 51:15)

Pick a hymn or praise song to hum and reflect upon.
 

Prayer of Thanksgiving 

New every morning is your love, great God of light, and all day long you are working for good in the world. Stir up is us a desire to serve you, to live peacefully with our neighbors, and to devote each day to you Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ the Lord. Amen.

The Lord's Prayer 

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name

And forgive us our trespasses,

And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
